"Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4).

Never say you are unable to go out into this world and witness for Jesus. Why aren't you able? What can Satan and his demons possibly throw up in front of you that you are not more than able to overcome?

The Word of God says you have already overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

You are an overcomer, because the Greater One indwells you.

You Have His Ability
You are able to witness. You do have the ability not of yourself perhaps, but you do have the ability. You have God's ability within you. You will not be going in your own strength, but in His.

Your testimony should always be that of the Apostle Paul: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me"
(Phil. 4:13).

Can you see, then, what kind of effect this knowledge will have upon you if you are preparing to be an effective ambassador and representative of Jesus?

You start out by confessing what the Word of God has to say about you.

Try it:
My God has not given me the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. I have not received the spirit of a coward.

God has given me boldness. I am the righteousness of God, and thank God, the righteous are as bold as a lion.

I have received God's anointing, and it abides within me. He has anointed me to preach good things.

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.

I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me.
When you do this, you are realizing who you are in Christ, what you are in Christ, and your authority as a believer.

It is very important that you approach witnessing with a positive attitude. You can witness effectively. You have the Spirit of God within you, the Spirit of boldness.

You are anointed by God Himself to speak good things. The One Who indwells you is greater than the one who opposes you.

You have God's own ability operating inside you. You can witness!
