The day of passive Christianity is behind us. We understand now, more than ever, that we are in a fight.

This should not strike fear to your heart, but it should sound a trumpet of alarm that causes you to stand up, come to attention, and enlist in the army of God.

We have enjoyed God's blessings for many years and as a result of the peace that we have experienced, the Church is now filled with complacent, unenthused people.

We have been overcome by a passive spirit. The church sleeps while the enemy attacks and builds his strongholds in our own back yards.

The Word of God has a response to the attack of the enemy: "If God be for us, who can be against us?" We do not have to be "carried away" by a passive spirit.

There is a stirring within my soul, something is rising up, something that God has planted. I have recently identified this something.... It is the spirit of "the Warrior."

God never intended for us to be overrun by the enemy. He gave us the power of the Holy Spirit. God did not give us the spirit of fear. He gave us the Spirit of love, power, and a sound mind. God did not destine us for defeat.

He destined us for victory through the blood of Jesus. God did not give us a passive spirit. He has given us the spirit of "the Warrior."

If you will hear and obey God's voice, He will give you the "Warrior Spirit."
