Training Your Staff

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Do you invest in training your staff in your business?

Scripture relates, the people “were gathered to Ezra the scribe that they might gain insight into the words of the law” (Neh. 8:13 NASB).

All of us will learn on the job, but unfortunately in business, we and our customers will pay a price for this exclusive training method.

Establish a time to teach staff. If you have only one or two employees, take a few minutes each week to explain key parts of your business and how each person contributes to success.

Train staff to excel for your business.
