When making key decisions, do you gather all the important facts?

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

When making key decisions, do you gather all the important facts?

Scripture relates, “Every prudent man acts with knowledge…” (Proverbs 13:16, NASB).

Thorough research and homework are the keys to good decisions.

When the research is gathered and you believe you have all the facts, ask your colleagues if anything was missed. Is everyone comfortable with the facts gathered?

Then act, make the decision, move forward.

If others disagree with your decision, go back to the facts. Do they have facts or information that you don’t have? Or do they just disagree with the choice?

Your choices will be solid.
