When staff raise a valid issue or concern, do you respond quickly?

When staff raise a valid issue or concern, do you respond quickly?

Referring to the Lord, Isaiah said, “…he will seek justice and be prompt with righteousness” (Isaiah 16:5, NASB).

Staff will remind us of past promises or raise an issue relating to working conditions.

When our staff are right, don’t be defensive or feel you need to be in control.

If the issue is a no brainier, agree quickly and implement the change. Save the battles for hard issues, or when your staff is wrong.

Morale will improve, and employees will respect your leadership when you respond promptly.
