Your Place to Receive God’s Blessing

by Keith Butler | The Anointed Word

“For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries” (1 Cor. 14:2 KJV).

God’s got a spot of blessings for you. There is a place He wants you to be. That is where the door’s open. God has a window of opportunity for you, but you must follow the Holy Spirit and do what He is telling you to do. Well how do you find out what you’re supposed to do? You must pray in other tongues.

Somebody who prays, and prays, eventually comes to a place where they know the voice of God. I’ve been praying for so many years. I know God. My spirit is sensitive. As a matter of fact, some people are sensitive to pollen in the air. They can’t see it, but they can sense it. I’m sensitive to the Holy Spirit like that, because I spend so much time with Him, praying in tongues.

You must be led by the Spirit of God. You can’t be led by the Spirit of God watching television all the time. You have to spend time praying in other tongues if you are going to be led by the Spirit of God. And when you are led by God, there are benefits.

Genesis 2:16 says, “And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat” (KJV). When you are in the right place, you can enjoy the fruit of it.

I know a brother in this ministry. He serves in the ministry. He’s been married now for a couple of years. The only reason why he has his wife is that he came to where he was supposed to be. He was somewhere else. I didn’t say he was in sin. I just said he wasn’t where he was supposed to be.

I told him a time or two. And I shut up. And finally he listened to God and wound up where he belongs doing the job he’s supposed to do. Sure enough he met the woman of his dreams. If he had not been where God wanted him to be then he would have missed out. That woman would have married someone else, and he would have still been looking for his mate.

The blessings of God come to you when you are where you’re supposed to be. When that’s the case, you will watch God put the whole deal into place.
