Psalm 107:9 (NLT)
For he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.

During our lives, we experience seasons when we feel closer to God than others. During those times, we feel thirsty and hungry for Him so we go to church, read our Bible more often, and try to pray more than the usual. However, this is not enough to survive the attacks of the enemy on a daily basis. It is like living our daily lives on snacks alone where our bodies are not getting enough food to eat and are missing necessary nutrients. It is the same with our spiritual life. We can't expect to survive a spiritual attack if we are spiritually malnourished. We simply won't have what it takes to fight back, and we will lose the battle.

The workplace can be sometimes a place of peace or a battlefield. We need to be physically and spiritually nourished to do a good job and to deal with all the daily situations that arise.

Therefore, choose to always remain thirsty and hungry for God. Again, this is a daily choice. God is ready to pour out His love and all of Himself into you until you are full and satisfied. Only then you will be equipped to fight back and obtain the victory in every attack of the enemy, both at work and at home.
